The Finance team provides functions that ranges from advisory to management, monitoring and management of cost, preparation of analytical reports for management, business system controls, financial accounting, business trend analysis. Also treasury function like cash management and banking; managing foreign exchange; evaluation of the financial strength of customers and suppliers; plus risk and exposure mitigation and management. In SpringRock, the finance team steps outside of the traditional finance function and are charged with being business enablers and partners with the technical teams.
