Logistics and facilities Management is one of the engines that drives our operations. The ability to plan, move items to operations site or receive from operations site in a safe and timely manner is key to the success of our wellsite operations and other operations that occurs within the cities we are located. Efficient flow of work at our facilities and maintaining those facilities to ensure our teams do not lose work time due to non-working facilities or equipment is also vital to the quality and efficiency of our operations. This function is responsible for the delivery of equipment and material from one point to the other. They work with vendors involved in land, sea and air transport. They plan the workflow in such a way as to ensure availability and timeliness. They also manage our facilities. Their responsibility includes design of facilities and infrastructure for start-up of operations both for SpringRock and for Clients.
